THESE TERMS

 

These terms apply to every order placed through stay4m.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you order.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

 

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract between us comes into being only when we send you an email confirming that we have accepted and dispatched your order. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

 

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Infinity X Investments Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we are unable to issue VAT invoices. The price shown is the total price for the goods. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom you may see prices converted into your own currency; the rate is the one in force at the time of purchase and a currency conversion fee may be included. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

 

We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a full refund.

 

DELIVERY

 

Garments are printed to order and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 3 to 10 days from the date of order. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

 

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty or tax, which is your responsibility.

 

THE PRODUCTS

 

Garments are printed using direct-to-garment printing. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and print position may vary by a small tolerance. Sizes are as published on each product page.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

 

Your right to cancel, return and obtain a refund is set out in our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

OUR LIABILITY

 

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
