Shipping policy

PRINTED TO ORDER

 

Every 4M piece is printed to order. Printing takes 2 to 5 working days, then your order is on its way.

United Kingdom: delivery takes 4 to 6 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 6 to 11 working days after you order.

United States: delivery takes 6 to 11 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 8 to 16 working days after you order.

Delivery is free to the United Kingdom and the United States. You'll get a tracking email when your order leaves the print facility.

 

WHERE WE DELIVER

 

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the facility closest to the delivery address wherever stock allows.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

 

No VAT is charged on your order. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee charged by the carrier or customs authority in the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility.

 

DELAYS, LOST AND DAMAGED PARCELS

 

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the dispatch email, email shop@infinityx.group with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, at no cost to you.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge may apply.
