Shipping policy

PRINTED TO ORDER

 

Every 4M garment is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing and dispatch usually take 2 to 5 working days, and delivery follows after that. Estimated total time within the United Kingdom is 3 to 10 days from the date of order.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

 

UK delivery. Free on orders of £60 and over. Below £60: T-shirts £3.95, hoodies £5.95.

 

Charges are shown at checkout before you pay.  Where an order contains more than one item, the higher rate applies once rather than per item.

 

WHERE WE DELIVER

 

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the facility closest to the delivery address wherever stock allows.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

 

No VAT is charged on your order. Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, tax or a handling fee charged by the carrier or customs authority in the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility.

 

TRACKING

 

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

 

DELAYS, LOST AND DAMAGED PARCELS

 

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch email, email matt@infinityx.group with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, at no cost to you.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

 

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge may apply.
