YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a carrier you have nominated, take physical possession of the goods.

 

To cancel, tell us clearly before that period ends by emailing matt@infinityx.group with your order number. Our garments are printed to order, but the designs are part of our standard range and are not personalised to you, so your right to cancel applies in full.

 

RETURNING THE GOODS

 

Once you have told us you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days. Email us first and we will send you the return address. Please do not post anything back before you have it.

 

4M pays return postage on change-of-mind returns. Ask for a prepaid return label when you contact us.

 

Goods must come back unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

REFUNDS

 

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving your proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to the original payment method and cover the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email matt@infinityx.group within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, at no cost to you.

 

This is in addition to your right to cancel and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
